My name is Laura, I grew up in Essex and relocated to Norfolk with my family 18 years ago. Despite it being a big adjustment at first, I absolutely love the beautiful nature and scenery Norfolk has to offer. Now I have a family of my own, we live in a quiet village outside of Downham Market with our children and Springer spaniel Gus! I love to bake and try out new recipes in my free time and as a family we love to explore and enjoy the many beaches and wildlife around us.  

Before I had children, my working life started in general office administration before embarking on a career with a high street bank where I spent 13 years through various roles. This enabled me to gain a wide range of insight and knowledge in what was required to become successful and organised within my role.

Over time, and in response to the changing needs of my growing family, I was ready to change direction in my career but wanted to make the most of all the skills and knowledge I had learnt over the years, which is how my virtual assistant story began.

With my passion for organisation and attention to detail, I provide administrative support, tailored to your needs. My experience enables me to specialise in offering bespoke Mortgage administration, providing organised, efficient case management that many Mortgage brokers can find stressful and very time consuming.

Whether you are a Mortgage broker or a business owner in need of some extra support, I aim to be your "go to person" when you are overwhelmed and just don't have the time to catch up on all of your day to day admin tasks, providing you with a helping hand to allow you to spend more time on important things within your business without any of the red tape of hiring an employee.
