Fees

Ad-hoc / Pay as you go

With a time tracking system rounded up or down to the nearest 15mins, this time report is sent to you with your invoice. Ad/hoc pay as you go is a flexible service with no ongoing commitment, however this gives you the peace of mind that help is there if and when you need it and gives you the opportunity to trial my services before moving onto a retainer package.

By the project

It can be easier to set a fixed price if you have a Project or particular task you require. I am happy to discuss what is required by booking a consultation call. A detailed quote will be sent to you with a breakdown of the work that will be carried out. 

Monthly retainers

This is a simple way to purchase a block number of hours per week to secure your admin time. You will receive an invoice per week with a time report, and I will let you know if you are nearing your limit. This is a great for when you need ongoing support or tasks that need to be completed every week and guarantees your allocated admin time with me on a daily/weekly/monthly basis.

Call charges

Any calls made or received on your behalf will be charged at my normal hourly rate and this will appear on your invoice as Call Costs. You will only be charged for the time that I am actively on the call. 



Payment terms 

  • The minimum charge for work undertaken is one hour, after that work will be charged in 15 minute increments. 
  • A deposit of 50% may be requested before work is commenced for new clients.
  • Payments can be made by bank transfer, however if you need to pay via other means then please let me know on your initial consultation call. 
  • Payment is due 7 days from the date of invoice
  • Failure to pay your invoice can result in all work being paused until payment is received.
  • Retainer hours cannot be carried over to the following month. 
  • Any additional costs incurred for example postage, courier, telephone charges, will be shown on the invoice or invoiced separately to you as "additional expenses" along with a breakdown.
  • Overdue invoices may result in interest charges (at the rate of 5%) for the total outstanding per month.
  • In the event of a contract being cancelled/terminated, the client agrees to pay for all work completed up to that point.
